    This is my first time to get ibaby m6 but for a 5th times the application closed by itself and need everytime to connect the cable in USB to installaion again, please how can i fix this probem

    Several times when I have tried to log in to my ibaby from work to look at my son at night it gives me a message saying that the server is pretending to be ibaby and that our information is at risk or something to that effect. What does this mean? Is someone hacking my server to view our monitor?

    Hello, we have been using M6 model for a month and we constantly lose connection to the monitor. We have checked and reinforced the the internal wi fi connection, so we are now sure that the problem is not in the internet connection. What is worse, if it loses connection several times, it needs a total re installation to resume working. So if we are not at home, we do not have any connection to the baby's room, which was one of the reasons we chose to have a wi fi based baby monitor. It is very frustrating, since we live in a big house and the nursery is very far from the other rooms, so we totally relied on the baby monitor, but it seems to be unreliable until now. Please advise us what could be the problem. Sometimes if I just shake a the monitor and it's cable it starts working, but sometimes it is not the case. i hope that there is a decision for the problem, since the product is not cheap at all... looking forward to your reply

    Eu não consigo concluir a instalação do equipamento no celular. Ele para quando a instalação está em aproximadamente 98%. O que posso fazer?

    My M2 seems to have a hard time connecting and staying connected. The wifi is fine but it’s constantly losing signal. It is less than 20 meters away from the router. I also tried using it at my parents yesterday now I can’t get it connected back at home. Help!!

    My m6 isn’t even a year old yet and just within the last few days the alert sensor stopped working and it will not play music or sound, including my speak through the monitor option. When I go to listen in all I hear is white noise even though I can here her crying in her room. I have reset my WiFi, the monitor and deleted and reinstalled my app. I have no idea what to do. It’s never been dropped or handled poorly. I love this monitor. I just wish i knew how to fix it.
