If your monitor is not activating, follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
Step 1: If you're installing on an iOS device, make sure you are using a original USB cable
Step 2: Make sure your SSID is not Hidden and that your SSID password is under 16 characters, with no special characters.
Step 3: If your monitor is not a dual band device, make sure you're installing on the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band or installation will fail.
*We recommend that you install all monitors, even dual band devices, on the 2.4GHz band since most of our users report successful installation on that band*
Step 4: Reset your device by pressing the reset button for 30 seconds. Wait until the LED light flashes red, then proceed with re-installation.

1. Which model of the iBaby monitor that you are currently using?(S/N located in the back of the monitor)
2. Phone model and version you are currently using
3. Do you have a hidden or broadcasted network?
4. Router brand and model
